Key Responsibilities :-

· Lead the HVAC design and engineering for pharmaceutical, cleanroom, laboratory, and healthcare projects.

· Review client RFQs, BOQs, URS, layouts, specifications, and project requirements.

· Prepare HVAC designs, ducting layouts, AHU layouts, P&IDs;, equipment schedules, and technical drawings.

· Perform heat load, airflow, fresh air, ventilation, pressure cascade, and equipment sizing calculations.

· Develop HVAC systems in compliance with GMP, ISO 14644, ASHRAE, and applicable standards.

· Prepare BOQ, MTO, technical specifications, and cost estimates.

· Lead preparation of technical and commercial offers/quotations for domestic and international projects.

· Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team to understand client requirements and submit competitive offers.

· Review vendor quotations and technically evaluate AHUs, chillers, filters, pumps, fans, ducting, and other HVAC equipment.

· Review and approve HVAC drawings, calculations, and technical submissions prepared by junior engineers.

· Coordinate with architectural, electrical, plumbing, process, and civil teams to ensure design integration.

· Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, qualification, and validation.

· Attend client/consultant meetings and provide technical clarifications.

· Identify design improvements and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and compliance.

· Mentor and guide junior HVAC design engineers and coordinate the design team.





· Take ownership of HVAC design deliverables from concept design through execution and handover.

· Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 14644, ASHRAE, cleanroom classifications, and pressure cascade concepts.

· Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit/BIM and HVAC calculation software preferred.

· Strong experience in HVAC estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, and technical/commercial offer preparation.

· Proficient in HVAC system design, MEP layouts, ductwork design, heat-load calculations, and equipment selection.

· Hands-on experience with HAP, McQuay Duct Sizer & Pipe Sizer for HVAC calculations and sizing.

· Experienced in laboratory HVAC, exhaust & ventilation systems, including exhaust matrix, layouts, and BOQs.

· Skilled in AHU zoning, pressure zoning, chilled-water and VRV/VRF systems.

· Experienced in TQS (Technical Query Sheet), URS (User Requirment Sheet), Design Briefs, Operation Philosophies, BOQs, technical submissions, and equipment documentation.

· Skilled in HVAC/MEP coordination, electrical load sheets, VFD considerations, and multidisciplinary coordination.

· Experienced in coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams and resolving technical issues.

· Good knowledge of ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and SMACNA standards and guidelines.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, NX-CAD, and MS Office.

· Practical exposure to HVAC production, fabrication, mechanical equipment, piping, and industrial utilities.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
