URGENT HIRING - GRAPHIC DESIGNER & AI CONTENT CREATOR

Prolific Logiciel is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and self-driven Graphic Designer & AI Content Creator who can turn ideas into engaging digital content.

This is not a traditional graphic designing role. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating social media content, designing creatives, making AI-powered videos, recording client interviews/content and editing short-form videos.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Create creative and engaging social media content, posts, carousels, banners and promotional creatives
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on campaign requirements
- Create Reels, short-form videos and promotional videos
- Create AI-powered videos using tools such as Google Flow, HeyGen, Gemini, ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut and other emerging AI tools
- Record client interviews, testimonials, promotional videos and social media content using mobile/camera
- Handle basic camera framing, angles, lighting and audio during shoots
- Edit recorded footage into engaging Reels and promotional videos
- Manage selected client social media pages including posting, basic content planning, captions, hashtags and scheduling
- Research current social media trends and convert relevant trends into content ideas
- Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create appropriate content
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, design quality and communication
- Explore and learn current AI tools and creative technologies

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Graphic Design:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma or similar tools

AI Content & Video:
Google Flow, HeyGen, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools

Additional Skills:

- Basic photography/videography
- Video recording & editing
- Understanding of Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn content
- Knowledge of current social media trends




- Good creative thinking and visual sense

WORK MODE

Maximum Work From Home (WFH)

This is primarily a remote role. Occasional office visits, client meetings, content shoots or outdoor assignments may be required depending on project requirements.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

TA/Travel expenses: Provided separately for approved official outdoor/client visits.
