About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Creator & Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and producing engaging video content for digital platforms, corporate communications, training programs, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for internal and external communication.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, and shot composition.
- Edit raw footage into compelling videos using professional editing software.
- Add visual effects, transitions, animations, graphics, subtitles, and sound effects.
- Develop content for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, training, and business teams to understand content requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video projects.
- Manage video archives and maintain organized digital assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, video editing techniques, and emerging content formats.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and audience engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Media,



or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in video production and editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred).
- Robust understanding of video production workflows.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience in camera handling, lighting setup, and audio recording.
- Excellent storytelling and creative visualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating corporate, training, recruitment, and social media videos.
- Knowledge of AI-powered video creation tools.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and branding principles.
- Experience in creating reels, shorts, and promotional videos.

Salary: As per company standards and experience
