Your Role

As a Preschool Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that support the complete development of young children.

You will:

- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based and inquiry-driven lessons.
- Prepare and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Use stories, music, art, movement, games, and hands-on activities to make learning meaningful.
- Encourage children's creativity, curiosity, communication, and independence.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Prepare creative teaching resources and classroom displays.
- Observe children and document their learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records, portfolios, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents and share meaningful feedback.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators and classroom assistants.
- Participate actively in curriculum planning and professional development.
- Follow Dibber's pedagogy, values, and educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Guide teachers (for senior teacher) in lesson planning, teaching methods, and classroom setup.
- Conduct age-appropriate learning activities, storytelling, rhymes, and creative sessions.
- Support children’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain classroom discipline with care and positivity.
- Observe and track each child’s progress and share feedback with parents.
- Ensure proper classroom hygiene and child safety standards.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for events and curriculum planning.

Requirements

- Graduate with Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Min. 3 years of preschool teaching experience
- Passion for working with young children.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and caring personality.
- Freshers with good communication and child-friendly nature may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
