Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Support customer acquisition and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, deposit, loan, or other branch targets.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and branch documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
- Monitor cash handling and financial transactions where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of customer and operational issues.
- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving overall branch objectives.
- Supervise and support branch staff when required.




- Conduct follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and branch performance.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate degree in any discipline; relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, finance, retail, sales, operations, or a related field.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
