A. Incoming Material Inspection

- Inspect incoming raw materials such as GP/GI coils, SS material, rubber/EPDM, nuts, bolts and other components.
- Verify material dimensions, thickness, grade, coating and quantity against PO/specifications.
- Review supplier test certificates and inspection reports.
- Raise NCR for non-conforming incoming materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase and suppliers for corrective action.

B. In-Process Quality Control

- Check dimensions, hole position, welding position, thread quality, coating thickness and overall appearance.
- Ensure approved drawings and specifications are followed.
- Identify process deviations and take immediate corrective action with Production.

C. Final Inspection

- Perform final inspection of finished products before dispatch.
- Verify dimensions, appearance, coating, assembly and functional requirements.
- Ensure products are packed as per customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports.
- Release material for dispatch only after meeting quality requirements.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
