Ltd.)Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), MaharashtraEngagement Type: Consultant – Project-Based / Retainer / HybridDepartment: MarketingReports To: Marketing LeadershipAbout the RoleTrueview is looking for an experienced Video Production Consultant to enhance the quality and consistency of video content across product demonstrations, brand campaigns, dealer/distributor training, and social media.The role will involve both video production and capability building. The consultant will also train and mentor the in-house marketing/content team on video production fundamentals, equipment handling, lighting, shooting techniques, and on-set execution.Key Responsibilities1. Video Production & Creative Execution

- Plan, direct, and shoot high-quality videos for product demonstrations, including DSS, TrueBoard, 4G Dash Cameras, and other products.
- Produce content for brand campaigns, social media, dealer/distributor communication, and product marketing.
- Apply strong knowledge of camera handling, lighting, framing, camera movement, composition, and sound recording.
- Plan and execute shoots for platforms such as Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, ShareChat, and Moj.
- Adapt video formats based on platform requirements, including vertical/short-form and long-form content.

2. Team Training & Capability Building

- Train the in-house marketing/content team on end-to-end video production.
- Conduct hands-on training on shooting techniques, equipment handling, lighting, audio, and on-set direction.
- Develop simple and practical SOPs, shot lists, and production checklists.
- Conduct workshops and on-set review sessions to improve the team's video quality.
- Recommend suitable camera, lighting, audio, and supporting equipment based on business requirements and budget.

3. Video Strategy & Planning





- Advise on video content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and dealer marketing requirements.
- Suggest relevant video formats and production trends for the CCTV, electronics, and consumer durables industry.
- Establish quality benchmarks and standard production practices for internally produced content.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to understand content requirements.

Requirements

- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in video production, shooting, direction, and on-set management.
- Proven experience in training, mentoring, or leading video/content teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in:
- Product/demo videos
- Brand and campaign videos
- Social-media/short-form content
- Proficiency with skilled camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Experience with B2B, manufacturing, electronics, CCTV, hardware, or consumer durable brands will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Aurangabad for shoots and training sessions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

The commercial structure and engagement terms will be mutually discussed based on experience, scope of work, and overall fit.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
