Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our school’s admission and marketing activities. The candidate must be currently available in Bangalore and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective parents and explain the school’s curriculum, facilities, fees, transport, and admission process.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into campus visits, applications, and admissions.
- Schedule counselling appointments and school visits.
- Maintain accurate call, lead, and follow-up records.
- Communicate with parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Support admission campaigns, open houses, promotional activities, and school events.
- Coordinate with the admission counsellors and marketing team.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets.





Candidate Requirements

- Must be currently residing in Bangalore.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Robust communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Previous experience in telecalling, admissions, sales, customer service, or education marketing is preferred.
- Polite, confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with parents.
- Basic knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle enquiries, conduct regular follow-ups, and work toward targets.

Compensation

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Pay: Up to ₹31,302.80 per month
