We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle clients while achieving monthly targets. Experience in immigration consulting will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients on various immigration programs and pathways
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration options
Manage leads, follow-ups, and client conversions
Achieve assigned monthly sales and performance targets
Handle documentation and ensure smooth application processing
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely case updates
Deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support
Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Immigration Consulting or Sales (target-based roles)
Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
Fast learner with good understanding of processes
Self-motivated, dedicated, and career-focused
