BPO Telecaller – Night Shift (US Healthcare Process)
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to US customers regarding healthcare products and services.
* Explain product features, perks, and pricing effectively.
* Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
* Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines for US healthcare processes.
* Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with the sales and support team when required.
Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.
* Freshers can apply.
* Experienced candidates in international BPO or healthcare sales will have added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
