Job Summary
We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong experience in .NET and/or Python, SQL, API development, and backend system architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals and practical experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services.

This role is focused specifically on backend engineering and system design. We are not looking for a primarily frontend or Full Stack profile.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C# and/or Python.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries, stored procedures, and database operations.
- Robust understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in designing, developing, and integrating APIs.
- Practical knowledge of backend system design and architecture.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Good understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with ORM tools and database integration.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
- Experience with API integration, including third-party and internal services.
- Good understanding of software development, testing, debugging, and code quality practices.
- Experience participating in code reviews and technical/architectural discussions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.




- Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
- Design and implement backend system architecture based on business and technical requirements.
- Write, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries and database structures.
- Develop backend solutions using .NET/C# and/or Python.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal services with backend applications.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and technical issues.
- Write clean, secure, tested, and maintainable backend code.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, product, and other teams to deliver technical requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks from planning and implementation through delivery.
- Follow company security, compliance, and development standards.
