We are seeking a Project Coordinator with a background in Interior Design to manage back-office project coordination. This role involves handling project documentation, liaising with vendors and contractors, and preparing AutoCAD drawings. While primarily office-based, occasional site visits for measurements and project tracking will be required.

Preferred candidates who worked in Residential Project

- Manage and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and contractors for material procurement and project execution.
- Prepare, review, and update drawings, layouts, and design plans using AutoCAD.
- Track project progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist in budgeting, invoicing,



and maintaining records of purchases and approvals.
- Conduct occasional site visits for measurements and inspections.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve coordination issues.
