Job Description:

- Source reliable vendors across India and Asia for a diverse product mix, including fitness accessories, personal care items, pet-related SKUs, and wellness solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms – while maintaining quality and consistency across batches.
- Coordinate product sampling and approvals – working with internal QA/NPD teams to finalize ingredients, packaging, and labeling.
- Manage real-time Quality Checks – ensure compliance with value-added instructions by getting photo/video confirmations from manufacturers during key stages.
- Oversee PO execution and vendor communication – from order placement to delivery, including tracking timelines and ensuring payments are cleared on time.
- Coordinate with logistics for imports – basic understanding of documentation like PI, invoice, and packaging slips required.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in international sourcing, particularly with China/Asia.
- Experience in fitness, personal care, pet, or wellness product categories is essential.




- Proficiency in using sourcing platforms (e.g., Alibaba, IndiaMART).
- Ability to manage QC remotely with proper documentation and visuals.
- Bachelor's Degree required. Additional certification in supply chain is a plus.
