About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager Cum Slimming Head to manage slimming/weight-management operations along with sales, customer conversion and team performance.

The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, achieving sales targets, managing clients and ensuring smooth functioning of the slimming department.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into paid packages.
- Handle client consultations and explain slimming/weight-management packages.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion and average revenue per client.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.

Slimming Department Management

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the slimming department.
- Ensure proper delivery of slimming and wellness services as per company protocols.
- Monitor client progress and service quality.
- Ensure proper documentation of client sessions and packages.
- Coordinate with therapists and other clinic staff.
- Maintain department hygiene,



discipline and operational standards.

Team Management

- Manage, guide and motivate the slimming/sales team.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train team members on customer handling, sales and package counselling.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective action.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in slimming, weight management, wellness, aesthetic clinic, beauty or healthcare sales.
- Strong sales and conversion skills.
- Experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Good knowledge of slimming/weight-management services.
- Excellent communication and client counselling skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Good computer and reporting skills.
- Energetic, professional and result-oriented personality.
