Telephonic Sales & Client Communication Executive

Pragya Sarathi is looking for a confident, energetic and communication-focused professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with Schools, Restaurants and Billing Software Clients
- Handle telephonic sales calls, enquiries and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable software solutions
- Schedule software demos with prospective clients
- Conduct and coordinate Product Demonstrations & Presentations
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers
- Handle client queries and coordinate with the technical/support team
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients

Language Requirements

Fluent in:

- Hindi
- English
- Assamese

Preferred Skills

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Confident in handling phone calls and client meetings
- Good presentation and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
