Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

- Lead end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementation and support projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure successful delivery of project milestones and client expectations.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.

Functional & Solution Leadership

- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Business stakeholders.
- Design and review Tagetik solution architecture and configurations.
- Lead implementation of:
- Financial Consolidation & Close
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Management Reporting
- Regulatory Reporting
- Disclosure Management
- Ensure solutions align with business and compliance requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Conduct solution workshops and executive reviews.




- Manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
- Build strong relationships with Finance, IT, and leadership teams.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor consultants and senior consultants.
- Allocate resources and monitor team performance.
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Support & Continuous Improvement

- Drive resolution of critical production issues.
- Lead enhancement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
- Support system upgrades, patch releases, and platform improvements.
- Ensure adherence to governance and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8-12 years of overall experience.
- 4-6 years of hands-on CCH Tagetik experience.
- Experience leading implementation or support engagements.
- Robust understanding of Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
- CCH Tagetik Certification.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
- Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting.
