Senior Architect

Title: Senior Architect
Location: Bandra, Mumbai
Timings: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: 3–5 years

Overview:

We are looking for an architect with 3–5 years of experience who is passionate about design and has a genuine interest in luxury residential architecture and villa projects.

The role calls for someone who can move comfortably between design thinking and technical resolution — from developing a concept and exploring a façade to resolving details and seeing the design through on site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for luxury villas and residences.
- Translate design intent into precise plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Develop architectural details with a strong understanding of materials, construction, and craftsmanship.
- Work on façade development, material palettes, proportions, and architectural elements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Prepare and manage detailed drawing packages through various stages of the project.
- Attend site visits and work closely with contractors and consultants to resolve design and execution issues.
- Review drawings and site work to ensure that design intent and quality are maintained.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables from design development through execution.
- Work closely with junior architects and contribute to the overall design process of the studio.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong interest in luxury residential and villa architecture.




- Refined design sensibility with an appreciation for proportion, materiality, and detail.
- Strong architectural drawing and detailing skills.
- Valuable understanding of construction and how design translates into built form.
- Ability to think independently, take ownership, and solve problems creatively.
- Strong eye for quality and willingness to push design beyond the expected.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Software Skills:

- AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
- Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit, or other relevant design software will be an advantage.
