About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Retail Sales to drive retail sales and business growth across the Bangalore market.

The role will be responsible for developing and managing the dealer, distributor, retailer, fabricator, contractor and channel partner network, generating new business opportunities, increasing market penetration and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive retail sales and business development for VIVA ACP and allied building material products across Bangalore.
- Develop, appoint and manage dealers, distributors, retailers and channel partners.
- Expand VIVA's market presence by identifying recent territories, customers and business opportunities.
- Generate enquiries and orders through regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Develop strong relationships with fabricators, contractors,



builders, architects and interior professionals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure effective product promotion, product presentations and customer engagement.
- Monitor dealer-wise sales, stock availability, secondary sales and outstanding payments.
- Work closely with channel partners to improve product visibility, sales conversion and market penetration.
- Identify competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends and provide regular market intelligence.
- Support dealers and customers with product information, samples, catalogues and technical coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, order processing, dispatch, delivery and collections.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up and maintain healthy receivables.
- Develop and maintain a strong database of prospective customers and channel partners.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market visit reports and business development plans.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
