Sales Coordinator (Export – Handicraft / Home Furnishing / Textiles)

We're hiring a Sales Coordinator to take sales operations off the salesperson's plate. This role is the back-end engine: lead tracking, follow-ups, CRM updates, quotation coordination, and making sure nothing pending falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

- Track and log every lead from the moment it comes in
- Run systematic follow-ups on open leads and pending quotes
- Keep the CRM updated in real time
- Coordinate quotations, samples, and specs with merchandising, production, and design
- Maintain a pending-action tracker and flag overdue items
- Ensure the sales process is followed at every stage
- Prepare MIS reports and handle export documentation (proforma invoices, order confirmations)

Who we're Looking For

- 1–3 years in sales coordination, sales support,



or export documentation (textiles/handicraft/home décor preferred)
- Strong on Excel/Sheets, comfortable with CRM tools
- Detail-obsessed, positive at following up without dropping the ball
- Basic understanding of export process (proforma invoices, shipment timelines) is a plus

This isn't cold calling or closing. It's making sure the salesperson always has something ready to close.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
