Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to handle vehicle sales, generate leads, understand customer requirements, conduct vehicle demonstrations, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly vehicle sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through showroom enquiries, phone calls, referrals, digital platforms, and outdoor activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
- Conduct effective vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and RTO teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Prepare quotations and complete sales documentation accurately.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer information and update lead status in the dealership CRM/DMS.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions,



and local marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Submit daily and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Diploma / Degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle features.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
