Job Description – Restaurant Captain

**Position:** Restaurant Captain

**Department:** Service

**Location:** Nashik, Maharashtra

**Salary:** ₹ 18-22 k

**Experience:** 1–3 Years

*Responsibilities*

* Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.

* Ensure smooth and efficient table service.

* Greet guests and assist with orders, recommendations, and special requests.

* Ensure proper table setup, service standards, and guest satisfaction.

* Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments for timely service.

* Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

* Train and guide stewards and junior service staff.

* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline within the service area.

*Requirements*

* Good communication and guest-handling skills.

* Strong knowledge of restaurant service operations.

* Valuable leadership and team-management skills.

* Well-groomed and professionally presented.

* Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.

* Previous experience as a Captain/Senior Steward in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
