Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Team Leader to manage our Content & Media team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the content and media team.
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily work progress.
- Plan and coordinate video production and content schedules.
- Coordinate with Video Editors, Videographers, Presenters, Brand Strategists, and Content Managers.
- Ensure content meets quality and brand standards.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Review and provide feedback on creative outputs.
- Identify areas for improvement in the content production process.




- Motivate and guide team members.
- Prepare regular performance and productivity reports.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Previous team-handling experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of content creation and social media.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
