We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong AI and content creation skills who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and report digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools for research, content creation, SEO, campaign planning, creative development, and productivity, while also having the ability to create and edit content independently rather than depending completely on a content or creative team.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Marketing

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI, and other relevant AI platforms.
- Use AI for keyword research, competitor research, content ideas, campaign planning, ad copy, SEO research, and marketing analysis.
- Create effective prompts and AI workflows to improve marketing productivity.
- Stay updated with recent AI tools and identify ways to use them in marketing.

2. SEO & AI Search

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, headings, meta titles, descriptions, internal links, etc.
- Understand SEO, AEO, GEO/AI Search Optimization and how users search through AI platforms.
- Create content designed for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search.

3. Content Creation – Must Be Able to Do Independently

- Research and create blogs, social media posts, ad copies, website content, email content,



and marketing creatives.
- Create content using AI tools and then edit, fact-check, and humanize it.
- Develop content calendars based on business and marketing objectives.
- Create basic graphics using Canva/AI design tools.
- Create short-form video/reel concepts and basic edits where required.
- Should not depend completely on a dedicated content writer or designer for routine content requirements.

3. Social Media

- Plan and manage social media content.
- Create captions, posts, reels concepts, and content calendars.
- Track engagement and audience growth.
- Identify trending topics and convert them into relevant content.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google AI Overviews optimization.
- Knowledge of AI Search Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
- Strong keyword research and content strategy skills.
- Experience with schema markup and structured data.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
