Role Overview

- Reporting To: TL - Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with registered channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Lead Qualification: Handle incoming leads generated through the channel partner network and check them for quality and authenticity.
- Database Management: Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate partner details, client site visits, and deal statuses.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings between clients, channel partners, and closing managers.
- Query Resolution: Resolve day-to-day queries from brokers regarding project updates, pricing, construction status, and commission payouts.
- Campaign Support:



Assist in rolling out new project launches, promotional offers, and incentive schemes to the partner network.

Requirements and Skills

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate presales, inside sales, or channel partner operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and popular real estate CRM software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Robust networking skills with a persuasive and professional approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
