Educational Qualification

Essential:

- B.Sc. (Speech & Hearing) / BASLP (Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration in the relevant professional category.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct assessment and evaluation of speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and related disorders.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on the patient's clinical needs.
- Provide speech and language therapy to children and adults with communication disorders.
- Assess and manage articulation, phonological, receptive-expressive language, fluency, voice, and motor speech disorders.
- Provide appropriate intervention for communication difficulties associated with developmental, neurological, hearing, and other conditions.




- Maintain accurate patient case histories, assessment reports, therapy notes, and progress records.
- Monitor patient progress and modify therapy goals and intervention strategies as required.
- Counsel and educate patients, parents, and caregivers regarding communication disorders and home-based therapy activities.
- Coordinate with Audiologists, ENT specialists, Pediatricians, Neurologists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other professionals for multidisciplinary management.
- Conduct patient follow-ups and prepare clinical reports as required.
- Participate in speech and hearing screening camps, awareness programs, and community-based rehabilitation activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and applicable RCI and institutional guidelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
