Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, activations, and MICE tourism.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, emails, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch decks to clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, brands, and partners.




- Understand client requirements and provide customized event and MICE travel solutions.

Proposal & Contract Management:

- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and proposals in coordination with the operations and finance teams.
- Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure contracts, MoUs, and work orders are finalized before project execution.

Market Research & Strategy:

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming event and MICE tourism opportunities.
- Identify new sectors for business expansion.
- Suggest innovative event concepts and revenue models.

Internal Coordination:

- Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams for accurate project planning.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution team post project confirmation.
- Support event execution and MICE travel programs when required to ensure client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Business development: 7 years (Required)
