- Voucher Generation & Dispatch: Create and issue finalized hotel vouchers, activity passes, cab drivers' details, and day-wise itineraries to clients prior to departure.
- Itinerary Verification: Double-check client preferences, room allocations, meal plans (CP, MAP, AP), and special inclusions (anniversary setups, early check-ins) with suppliers before travel begins.
- Pre-Departure Briefings: Provide clients with comprehensive travel guides, weather updates, local guidelines, and emergency contact details.

2. Supplier & Vendor Management

- DMC & International Supplier Handling: Coordinate directly with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), international hoteliers, and transfer agencies across Europe, SEA, Middle East, and the Americas.
- Pan-India Ground Logistics: Manage relationships and book services with local cab vendors, hotel chains, resorts, and tour guides across major Indian circuits (Rajasthan, Kerala, Goa, Himachal, South India, etc.).
- Negotiation & Capacity Booking: Secure competitive B2B rates for room blocks, private vehicle fleets, and group sightseeing packages.

3. On-Ground Operations & Escalation Support





- Real-time Trip Tracking: Monitor client movements during their trip to ensure drivers arrive on time and hotel check-ins run smoothly.
- Crisis & Escalation Resolution: Serve as the primary emergency contact for on-ground issues (hotel room disputes, cab breakdowns, delayed transfers, medical needs).
- Feedback Collection: Conduct post-trip calls with clients to gather feedback and report service gaps to partner vendors.

4. Documentation & Billing Reconciliation

- Visa & Travel Insurance Facilitation: Assist clients with visa documentation lists, VFS appointment bookings, and processing travel insurance policies (excluding flight ticketing).
- Invoice & Payment Processing: Reconcile vendor invoices against agreed rates, verify hotel/cab bills, and process supplier payments with the internal finance team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
