Required Skills:

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of garment packing standards, fabrics, and EXIM/customs regulations.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant supply chain or warehouse experience within the apparel or textile sector.
- Core Competencies: Strong vendor negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Shipment Coordination: Plan and oversee incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure items arrive on time.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track inventory records, and prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Warehouse Supervision: Oversee storage, packing,



and loading processes to keep warehouse operations secure and efficient.
- Problem Solving: Resolve shipping delays, supply chain disruptions, or damaged goods issues quickly.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate shipping logs, regulatory records, and safety compliance reports.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule logistics/Warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
