About the Internship

As an HR & Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and hiring support. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll develop practical HR skills, strengthen your communication abilities, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

- Schedule interviews with the hiring team.

- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers using Google sheets and MS Excel.

- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.

- Assist in onboarding and other HR-related activities.





Eligibility:-

- Students or freshers from any discipline .

- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
