Rootwise Aesthetics is a leading skin and hair care clinic dedicated to providing scientifically backed, results-driven treatments. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our Coimbatore (R.S. Puram) branch. The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation and conversion, sales management, and client relationship building within the aesthetics and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads through various channels including walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, and local marketing initiatives
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable skin and hair treatments based on clinical offerings
- Drive clinic revenue by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure high-quality client service and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to deliver seamless customer experiences




- Track and report on lead conversion rates, customer feedback, and branch performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends to contribute to product and service improvements

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required)
- 4 to 7 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics
- Proven ability in lead generation, follow-up, and conversion
- Fluency in Tamil and English is essential
- Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Target-driven, customer-oriented, and team leadership experience
