1. DO-to-Invoice conversion and dispatch as per defined TAT/KPI

2. Daily toolbox meetings with shopfloor team, work allocation, performance monitoring and training. Ensure manpower utilization.

3. Generate the E-Way Bill for invoice/billing date.

4. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, timely discrepancy closure, SAP inventory control, write-off activities, and TR-Zone clearance of all Outbound team.

5. Coordinate with Cross-Functional team to ensure timely order processing, vehicle planning, dispatch, and proper handover of documents to the transporter.

6. Ensure compliance with Warehouse SOPs, GDP.

7. Monthly 6S Audit Observation, safety observations (unsafe act/Unsafe Condition) Reporting and corrective actions & risk identification.

8. Dispatch details updated in Portal (CRM).

9. All outward KPI should match as per define.

10.Ensure all assigned training is completed on or before the due date.

Prepare MIS/PPT/Documents & Report monthly and per audit requirement

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
