About the Role

BrainyDX Technologies is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern

who is passionate about visual communication, social media design, and creative storytelling.

As a full-service agency, you will get the prospect to work on real projects for different

brands and clients across industries. You’ll collaborate with our Creative and Marketing

teams to create engaging digital and marketing assets while learning how professional agency

workflows operate.

What You’ll Work On

 Create social media posts, carousels, promotional creatives, banners, presentations,

and other marketing assets.

 Design creatives for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other

digital channels.

 Understand creative briefs and translate ideas into visually engaging designs.

 Work on creative requirements for different brands and client projects.

 Adapt designs according to different brand guidelines, visual identities, and

communication styles.

 Edit short-form videos, Reels, and basic promotional videos for digital platforms.

 Assist with basic motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.

 Resize and adapt creatives into different formats and dimensions.

 Make design revisions based on feedback from the Creative, Marketing, and client-

servicing teams.

 Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layouts, imagery, and overall visual

language.

 Explore current design, social media, and video trends and bring fresh creative ideas.

 Assist with basic print-design requirements and prepare files according to production

specifications.

Tools & Skills

Required / Basic Working Knowledge

 Adobe Photoshop – Image editing and social media creatives





 Adobe Illustrator – Vector graphics and design

 Canva – Social media and marketing creatives

Good to Have

 Adobe Premiere Pro – Video editing

 Adobe After Effects – Basic motion graphics and animation

 Basic knowledge of Figma

You Should Have

 Basic understanding of design principles, typography, colour, composition,

hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

 Good creative sense and attention to detail.

 Ability to understand a brief and develop a visual concept from it.

 Willingness to learn, experiment, and improve through feedback.

 Ability to work on multiple creative requirements and meet deadlines.

 Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

 Interest in social media trends, branding, advertising, and visual communication.

 Basic understanding of digital image formats, resolutions, and print requirements is a

plus.

Who Can Apply?

 Freshers and students pursuing or recently completing courses in Graphic Design,

Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields are

welcome.

 Candidates with strong personal, college, freelance, or internship projects are

encouraged to apply.

 A portfolio, college project, personal project, or showreel is preferred.

 Candidates with a strong eye for design and willingness to learn are encouraged to

apply even if they do not have professional experience.
