We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The candidate will assist in developing residential and commercial projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.

* Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models.

* Assist with material, furniture and finish selections.

* Prepare presentation drawings and design concepts.

* Coordinate drawings with consultants and contractors.

* Conduct site visits and assist with site coordination.

* Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed and aligned with design intent.

* Assist in preparing BOQs, specifications and project documentation.

Requirements:

* B.Arch or relevant architectural qualification.





* Positive knowledge of AutoCAD.

* Working knowledge of SketchUp & Lumion preferred.

* Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction.

* Good visualisation and design sense.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
