- Generate current leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, distributors, and OEMs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and handle quotations, negotiations, and order booking.
- Coordinate with Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, Production, and Transporters for smooth order and delivery execution.
- Follow up with customers for order status, payments, and outstanding dues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer, sales, quotation, and payment records in Excel/CRM.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports including visits, leads, orders, and collections.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support overall business growth.
