Stewarding Operations
- Supervise dishwashing, pot-washing, and cleaning schedules.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery are cleaned and sanitized properly.
- Maintain par stock of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
2. Hygiene & Safety
- Enforce HACCP/FSSAI standards and hotel hygiene policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, garbage disposal, and pest control.
- Ensure staff use proper PPE (gloves, masks, aprons).
3. Staff Management
- Allocate duties to stewards and cleaners.
- Train staff on cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and hygiene practices.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
