Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in FANUC-controlled VMC machines. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC programming, machining processes, tooling, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for FANUC-controlled VMC machines.
- Develop programs based on engineering drawings and machining requirements.
- Set cutting parameters, tool selection, work offsets, and tool offsets.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining specifications.
- Perform program prove-out, simulation, and necessary corrections.
- Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and tool life.
- Troubleshoot program and machining-related issues.
- Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge,



and other measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure required output and quality.
- Maintain proper documentation of CNC programs and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a VMC Programmer.
- Solid hands-on experience with FANUC CNC controls.
- Good knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
- Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Experience in program editing, prove-out, and optimization.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.
