Male & Female Hostel Wardens

Location: Palani, Dindigul Dist
Industry: Chicken Processing / Food Processing Factory

Position: Hostel Warden – Male / Female

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise hostel facilities for Hindi-speaking workers.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, hygiene and safety in the hostel.
- Coordinate workers' accommodation, attendance and daily requirements.
- Handle basic worker welfare and grievance-related matters.
- Coordinate with factory HR and management.
- Monitor hostel rules, visitor entry and overall security.
- Support smooth transportation and shift-related coordination when required.

Candidate Profile

- Male / Female candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Tamil/English, preferrably Hindi speaking
- 0-3 years experience in hostel, labour camp, factory or workforce management preferred.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
