ABOUT THE COMPANY & NETWORK:

We are a Hyperlocal Indoor Advertising Network dedicated to connecting brands with engaged local audiences. We install Static LED Advertising Panels across premium, high-footfall business locations—including cafés, restaurants, salons, clinics, gyms, retail stores, commercial offices, and coaching centres—and centrally oversee approved brand campaigns.

Note: This role is focused on onboarding merchant venues onto an advertising network program featuring a Static LED UV Sheet display, rather than selling retail TV electronics.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for exploring assigned territories, identifying potential merchant venues, presenting the Merchant Static LED Panel Advertising Program, and managing complete merchant onboarding. This is a performance-oriented field role centered on merchant acquisition, in-person presentations, relationship management, and disciplined CRM tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct continuous daily market visits across designated commercial zones to build a robust pipeline of merchant prospects.

Engage store owners, proprietors, and key decision-makers to effectively communicate the program’s commercial and branding benefits.

Resolve client questions and address objections accurately using official, company-approved answers.

Drive complete onboarding: secure merchant agreements, collect necessary documentation, and take highquality storefront/interior photos.

Collect onboarding fees exclusively via authorized digital payment mechanisms. Maintain daily records in the CRM/App, recording visit outcomes, lead stages, onboarding progress, and payment statuses.

Liaise with the Field Installation Team to guarantee seamless hardware placement and prompt setup. Submit daily field sales summaries and visit logs to the Team Leader.

Daily Field Expectations: 10–15 completed merchant visits daily.

Timely follow-ups with pipeline prospects.

Mandatory real-time logging on the CRM mobile application.

PRODUCT DETAILS & COMMERCIAL TERMS

Display Hardware: Static LED Panel with UV Sheet printing (Dimensions: B1 size — 2 ft × 4 ft). Premium backlit static panel designed for optimal durability.

Placement: Prime visibility zones within merchant premises (billing counter, reception, waiting lounge, or storefront entrance).

Program Value: ₹9,999 + GST.

Payment Structure: 50% advance upon profile/dashboard setup on the portal; remaining 50% upon physical hardware installation.

Risk-Free Guarantee: Full refund with an additional 3% compensation if approved ad campaigns are not live within 60 days of installation.

ELIGIBILITY & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Technology: Android smartphone is mandatory for mobile CRM workflows and geo-tagged updates.

Mobility: Ready for daily local travel; ownership of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, persuasive negotiation, and persistent follow-up discipline.
