Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager to manage the complete tendering process, from identifying suitable opportunities to preparing and submitting bids and coordinating post-tender activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of government and private tenders, e-tendering portals, documentation, commercial evaluation, and bid management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track relevant government, PSU, corporate, and private tenders.
- Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement platforms.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, EMD, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts, Legal, and Operations teams for tender preparation.
- Prepare accurate technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, terms, and conditions.
- Prepare and maintain tender-related documentation, including EMD, PBG, declarations, affidavits, certificates, and authorization letters.
- Coordinate for bid submission, clarifications, negotiations, and reverse auctions wherever applicable.




- Maintain a database of submitted, ongoing, awarded, and rejected tenders.
- Follow up on tender results, purchase orders, contracts, and work orders.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends to improve bid success rates.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of required registrations, certificates, and vendor documents.
- Prepare regular reports on tender pipeline, participation, win/loss ratio, and revenue opportunities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of e-tendering and government procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience with GeM and CPPP/e-procurement portals.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and strict deadlines.
- Robust coordination and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in electronics, CCTV, IT hardware, electrical, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Experience handling government/PSU tenders and GeM bids will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
