Key Responsibilities:

- Retail Visits: Visit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors daily in assigned territories.
- Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell FMCG products (top brands) to achieve monthly targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store owners.
- Market Expansion: Generate new business, ensure product visibility (merchandising), and expand market coverage.
- Reporting: Collect orders, coordinate timely deliveries, and submit daily sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience:



0 to 3 years of experience in FMCG Sales / Field Sales / Retail Sales.
- Qualification:12th,ITI, Diploma,Any Degree
- Skills: Solid communication, negotiation, and retailer handling experience.
- Assets Required: Must own a Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (MANDATORY).
- Tech Savvy: Basic smartphone usage for order booking and daily reporting.
- Mindset: Sales-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively on the field.
