We are looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth functioning of the gym facility, equipment, and infrastructure. The candidate will ensure that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and that the facility remains safe, clean, and operational.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities at the gym.

- Regularly inspect gym equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC/AC, lighting, and other facility infrastructure.

- Identify maintenance issues and arrange timely repairs.

- Coordinate with external vendors, electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, and other service providers.

- Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, equipment servicing, and expenses.

- Ensure preventive maintenance of gym equipment and other facilities.

- Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize operational disruption.

- Monitor the condition and safety of the gym premises.

- Ensure compliance with basic health and safety standards.

- Manage maintenance-related inventory, tools, spare parts, and supplies.





- Follow up with vendors regarding pending repair and service requirements.

- Coordinate with branch management regarding maintenance requirements and budgets.

- Supervise maintenance staff and allocate daily tasks.

- Ensure all maintenance work is completed properly and within the required timeline.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, or a similar role.

- Experience in a gym, commercial facility, hotel, office, or retail environment will be preferred.

- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general repair work.

- Good vendor and team-management skills.

- Ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle emergency maintenance situations.
