We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, provide information about our products or services, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company information clearly.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries.




- Coordinate with the sales and customer-service teams.
- Maintain a skilled and positive relationship with customers.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, Customer Care Executive, or similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
