The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by managing customer enquiries, building strong client relationships, preparing quotations and proposals, following up with prospective customers, and converting opportunities into confirmed orders. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to achieve sales targets and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through phone, email, website, and direct visits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service information.
- Follow up with customers on quotations and pending enquiries to maximize conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.




- Convert enquiries into sales orders and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales orders in the company's CRM or ERP system.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
