Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the school’s marketing, branding, admissions, and promotional activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, promoting the school, coordinating campaigns, and building strong relationships with parents and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the school and its academic programs through various marketing channels.
- Generate and follow up on admission enquiries.
- Conduct school visits, promotional activities, and outreach programs.
- Coordinate with parents and prospective students and provide information about admissions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the local community, organisations, and other stakeholders.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media promotions and online campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for brochures, posters, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Participate in school events, exhibitions, education fairs, and admission campaigns.
- Maintain daily records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and marketing activities.
- Achieve assigned admission enquiry and conversion targets.




- Conduct market research and monitor competitor schools and their promotional activities.
- Prepare regular marketing and admission activity reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, admissions, or education-sector marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of social media and basic digital marketing.
- Good proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for school promotional activities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in school admissions / educational institution marketing will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong local area knowledge and parent/community networking skills are preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
