Job Overview

Websenor is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience in social media management and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, branding, and current digital trends. The candidate will be responsible for managing Websenor's social media presence and increasing brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Websenor's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Develop and execute social media strategies based on business and marketing goals.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
- Write creative captions, promotional content, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and marketing teams for social media creatives.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Research social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and new content formats.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Work on increasing followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility.




- Support paid social media campaigns when required.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and online presence.
- Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
- Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Knowledge of hashtags, trends, and social media algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with an IT/Software/Technology company is a plus.
- Experience managing business/company social media pages.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising is an advantage.
- Candidates with a social media portfolio or examples of previous work will be preferred.

Important: This is an in-person/on-site position. Candidates must be willing to work from the Websenor office in Udaipur.
