Senior Sales Executive – B2B

Location: Ashok Nagar,Chennai

CTC: ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a robust background in solar lighting or renewable energy sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing field appointments, and driving B2B sales, including turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in construction, real estate, resorts, corporates, and government projects.
- Generate your own leads through networking, research, and field outreach.
- Attend customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Pitch solar lighting solutions to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers.




- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Work with management to achieve sales targets.
- Regularly report sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in solar lighting or renewable energy.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales, project pitching, and turnkey solution selling.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
- Strong follow-up ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,667.00 per month
