We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day backend operations for our clothing e-commerce business. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, quality control, packing, dispatch, and returns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete order fulfilment process from order receipt to dispatch.
- Pick products accurately based on order details, including SKU, size, colour, and quantity.
- Conduct basic quality checks before products are packed and dispatched.
- Oversee folding, packing, labelling, and shipment preparation as per company standards.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely pickups and dispatches.
- Track pending, delayed, failed, and returned shipments and take necessary action.
- Manage returns, exchanges, RTOs, and restocking of products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock checks.
- Identify and report discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
- Ensure products are correctly organised and stored for efficient picking.
- Coordinate with the sourcing, merchandising, production, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain daily operational reports covering orders, dispatches, returns, inventory, and pending shipments.
- Monitor order processing timelines and identify bottlenecks in the fulfilment process.
- Help improve warehouse processes to reduce packing errors, dispatch delays, inventory mismatches,



and operational costs.
- Assist in receiving new stock, checking quantities, and updating inventory.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock movements, inward/outward shipments, returns, and replacements.
- Ensure the warehouse and packing area remains organised, clean, and efficient.
- Support the team during high-volume sales, launches, and promotional periods.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operational issues and ensure they are resolved quickly.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, retail, or operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and inventory/order management systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of operational responsibilities.
- Prior experience with clothing/apparel operations will be an advantage.
