What You’ll Do

- Coach clients through 1:1 and group sessions, helping them execute business strategies.

- Understand their business challenges, track progress and provide practical, actionable solutions.

- Build strong client relationships and keep clients motivated and accountable towards their goals.

- Guide clients across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Leadership.

- Collaborate with Sales, Training, Content and Operations teams to enhance the client experience.

- Capture client success stories and contribute to building scalable coaching frameworks.

What We’re Looking For





- MBA graduate with 1–2 years of experience in consulting, sales, training, coaching, business advisory or client management.

- Strong business acumen and interest in entrepreneurship.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.

- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to influence, motivate and drive execution.

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
