Reservation Associate
- Handle room reservation enquiries through phone, email, and online channels.
- Check room availability and provide accurate rates and offers to guests.
- Process, modify, and cancel reservations as required.
- Maintain updated reservation records and ensure accurate guest details.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding bookings.
- Follow up on pending reservations and assist guests with their queries.
- Ensure proper communication and provide positive guest service.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
