We’re Hiring | Telecaller / Course Counsellor

STCW Course Finder is looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller/Course Counsellor to handle candidate enquiries and convert them into confirmed course bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads
- Understand requirements and suggest suitable courses
- Handle queries and objections
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with colleges for seats, batches and fees
- Maintain lead data on Excel/CRM

Requirements

- Valuable Hindi + basic English communication
- Confident on calls with valuable convincing skills
- Good computer knowledge is a must
- Target and follow-up oriented
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience preferred
- Maritime/STCW knowledge is a plus

Salary

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives per Booking
